EyeFly Drone Services was established in 2024 by Tyler Machin, who is the company's Managing Director and Chief Drone Pilot.

Tyler's interest in unmanned aerial vehicles began whilst studying for his BEng (Honours) degree in Aerospace Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University, between 2018 and 2021. Tyler also has experience flying light aircraft, namely the Grob G-115E Tutor T.1 whilst with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserves.

Tyler established EyeFly Drone Services to provide customers with the opportunity to benefit from aerial photography and videography. Tyler provides a range of drone services, as per the sections below.

The equipment used is the DJI Mini 3 Pro, which is a highly capable drone weighing in at 249g - meaning it can operate under minimal restrictions. Tyler conducts all flights safely under The Air Navigation Order 2016, and is fully insured
